Delivery

DELIVERY BY SHIPPING

FREE delivery for all orders over £100.00 (exc. VAT) to any UK and Northern Ireland address.  Standard delivery time is 1-3 working days.  Orders placed before 3pm will be processed the same working day.  A fixed delivery charge of £10.00 is applicable to all orders under £100.00 (exc. VAT).

Any time or date stated for delivery is an estimate only.  Dentexe will make every effort to dispatch goods on time but does not accept liability for failure to deliver within the stated time due to circumstances beyond our control.  A standard packing and delivery charge will be added at the published rate for order values under £100.00 (exc. VAT). (Excluding S. Ireland, Scottish Highlands and international orders, where carriage will be charged at cost.)

Dentexe does not accept liability for shortages or damage to deliveries unless the customer notifies us in writing or by e-mail (sales@dentexe.co.uk) within seven days of receipt.

The customer must accept the goods when they are ready for delivery.  Delivery is deemed to take place when the goods are delivered to the customer's nominated address, whereupon the risks of loss, breakage and damage will pass to the customer.  Title to the goods does not pass to the customer until payment is received in full by Dentexe.  A Proof of Delivery (POD) notice must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.

RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase from Dentexe.  However, if for any reason you wish to return your purchase, you may do so within 14 days of receipt provided the goods are unused and in their original packaging.  Certain medical and hygiene products where the seals have been broken are excluded unless the item is faulty.  Should a refund be applicable, we are only able to credit the same debit or credit card or bank account used to make the original purchase.  We are not able to refund postage/courier charges.

CANCELLATION
For cancellations, customers must notify us in writing to sales@dentexe.co.uk stating that you wish to cancel your order.  If you have been charged at the point of cancellation and the goods have not yet been dispatched, we will be able to offer you a full refund, including the postage charges paid.  A refund will only be given in the same manner as payment.  However, should your order have already been processed and goods dispatched, we will be unable to cancel your order but you will be able to return the goods within 14 days of receipt.  Please see above returns policy for details.

CURRENCY
All orders are processed in GBP (£) Sterling.

PAYMENT
We can accept payment by all major debit and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express up to a total value of £1000.00.  We also offer PayPal as a secondary payment option.  All payments are made via a secure network connection.  For purchases over £1000.00 we can only accept direct bank transfer payments.

We welcome corporate and business accounts.  If your company would like to set up an account please call or e-mail us direct to discuss your requirements.  We aim to have your account set up within 24 hours, subject to the usual company credit and background checks being satisfactory.  Standard 30 day payment terms apply to all our business accounts.  Dentexe does not charge any adminstration fees for accounts.
